Accessibility

Built to work for everyone in the Circle

Families caring for someone come from all walks of life, with all kinds of needs. Accessibility matters to how CareCircle Family is designed.

Our aim

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across CareCircle Family. This is an ongoing goal rather than a certification.

Designed for easy use

Large tap targets, clear focus styles for keyboard navigation, and support for text scaling so the app stays usable at larger text sizes.

Reduced motion

CareCircle Family respects your device's 'reduce motion' setting and avoids unnecessary animation for people who prefer a calmer interface.

Screen readers

Pages and product screens are structured to work with common screen readers, with meaningful labels on interactive elements.

A simpler screen for the person receiving care

My Circle is the simpler experience within CareCircle Family for the person receiving care: larger controls, fewer choices and only enabled items.

If something in CareCircle Family isn't working well for you, we'd like to know. Get in touch and tell us about it.
