Care information is sensitive, so CareCircle is built to keep it small, scoped and in your hands.
Only what you add: your account details, the profile of the person you care for, the members of your Circle, and the appointments, tasks, notes, timeline entries, contacts, documents, medication records and expenses you choose to record.
Only the people in your Circle. Access rules live in the database itself, so every record is checked against your Circle membership on every read and write — not just in the app screens.
Uploaded documents are stored in private storage. They are never available at a public address; when you open one, CareCircle creates a short-lived secure link just for you.
We only ever measure anonymous product usage. Names, notes, documents and other care details are never included in analytics events.
You can export your Circle's data or delete your account and everything in it from Settings at any time.
CareCircle is an organisational tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or emergency services. If someone needs urgent medical help, contact the appropriate emergency or healthcare service.
This is a plain-English summary for an early version of CareCircle and will be replaced by a full policy before launch.
