How it works
Three simple steps to a calmer kind of caring
CareCircle Family brings the practical side of caring for someone into one shared, private place — start small and add more when it's useful.

01
Create your Circle
Start with their first name and relationship. Your Circle name is suggested for you; choose what would help most without filling in detailed care information.

02
Add something useful
Save a real appointment, task or important note. One useful item is enough to begin, and you can invite someone who helps now or later.
Today
Good morning, Sarah — Mum's Circle
03
Stay in the loop
Finish on Today for what matters now. Catch Me Up shows what changed; Tasks shares responsibility, Timeline records what happened, and Care Vault keeps important information together.
Since you were last here

- GP appointment completed
- Jason added a note

Everyone sees what they need to
Every person you invite gets a role — Owner, Family member, Primary carer, Friend/helper, Professional/carer or View only. Roles determine what each person can read or update; sensitive records have additional restrictions. The person you care for can have their own simple My Circle screen, with larger controls, fewer choices and only the items enabled for them.
Catch Me Up: what changed while you were away
Catch Me Up brings together visits, completed tasks and notes since you last checked, with dates and links to saved records your role can see. Ask CC is separate: ask a question to retrieve information already saved in your Circle.
