I can't upload a document

Uploads usually fail because a file is too large, an unsupported type, or the connection dropped part-way.

1. Check the file size — very large files are rejected.
2. Try a common format such as PDF, JPG or PNG.
3. On a phone, photograph the document rather than scanning to an unusual format.
4. Retry on a stable connection, then confirm the file appears in the list.
