Recording medication information

You can record what's being taken as it's printed on the label, when it's taken, who prescribed it and where it's collected, so your family isn't relying on memory.

  1. Open Medications from More.
  2. Add an entry using the details as printed on the label or prescription.
  3. Add the pharmacy and repeat or collection information if it helps.
  4. Save, and review it after appointments.

Update the record after an appointment so your Circle isn't working from an old version.
