A weekly family care checklist
Part of Organising care

Once a week, review the next appointments, open tasks, supplies, recent updates and who is responsible. Use this as a coordination check, not an assessment of someone's health or safety.
Make the check-in short
Ten minutes with a shared list can be more useful than a long family message thread. Start with what's recorded, then ask what is missing or unconfirmed.
Close the loop
Mark completed jobs, assign remaining actions and write a short factual handover for anyone who missed the conversation.
A practical checklist
- Check confirmed appointments and transport
- Review tasks due and unclaimed jobs
- Check practical shopping and repeat collection dates
- Read recent factual updates
- Assign follow-ups and note who will report back
